工程概況：
該項目為正方園集團總部大樓，位于無錫太湖科技中心9號地塊，高浪路與華清大道交叉口的東南側。本工程地下二層為設備用房和機動車庫，地下一層為設備用房、非機動車庫、報告廳、會議室、企業展示及配套用房、公共衛生間等，地上一層為架空空間和接待大廳；二、三層為培訓用房；四層及四層以上為辦公用房，地上19層，總建筑面積43000平方米。
This project is the headquarters building of Zheng Fang Yuan Group, located at the No. 9 Block of Wuxi Taihu Science and Technology Center, on the southeast side of the intersection of Gaolang Road and Huaqing Avenue. The two underground floors of this project are used for equipment rooms and garages for motor vehicles, with the first floor for equipment rooms and garages for non-motor vehicles, lecture halls, conference rooms, enterprise exhibitions and supporting rooms, public toilets, etc.; the other floor serves as trellis spaces and reception halls; the second and third floors are training rooms; the fourth floors and above are office buildings, with a total of 19 floors above the ground, covering a total construction area of 43,000 square meters.
